• Be punctual and attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Payment and Refund Policy

All course fees must be paid in advance. Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or participant absences. If a session is canceled or rescheduled by the administrator, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

All participants must maintain respectful conduct, as outlined in our Participation Guidelines. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the course without refund.

By participating, you consent to the recording of sessions for quality assurance, participation verification, and resource sharing among participants. Recordings may be used for content publication, but participant video and voices will be redacted or altered before publishing.
